Without spoilers, one relates to saying goodbye to 4 people who taught you something (you'll be prompted) and the other is simply saying "yes" to looking at some flowers during the end game. There are two other missables, but both are hard to miss. There's more available than you need, but they are a bit pricey. You'll learn many in the first chapter of the game, but to reliably get 15, gamble and earn a ton of money and buy as many scrolls as you need in the first and second cities shops. There's 4 trophies relating to learning moves. I'd recommend looking up where the last one is located, because it's super obscure and random and very easily missable. Do these as soon as they become available because they only appear once, and the latter two are in weird locations in the latter third of the game. There's also a trophy for playing all 4 arcade games (Outrun, Space Harrier, Afterburner, Hang On). (Donate to musician, 5 arm wrestling matches, spend all your money before it's stolen, catch the kid in the QTE, straighten the sign near Come Over Guest House). If you don't get them, it's really no hassle at all to start a new file after you beat the game and rattle them off. There are a handful of missable trophies in the first 10 minutes of the game, but all of them are super easy to get. However, the windows of opportunity are pretty massive, and many are quite easy. Almost all of the non story trophies are missable because the game is divided into 3 major sections of which you cannot return from.
